Billing Your Private Insurance
We will bill your insurance company if they cover treatment rendered at Shephard Clinic.
Our Billing Department is happy to do a complimentary verification of your chiropractic benefits prior to your treatment. We do however encourage out patients to educate themselves about the details of their chiropractic coverage before receiving treatment. Please call ahead with your insurance information if you would like us to verify your benefits. If your plan does not cover treatment at our clinic, please take a look at your options below.

Sign up to receive a no-charge chiropractic consultation. This consultation provides you the opportunity to ask the doctor questions about your pain or condition, to see if chiropractic can help. It does not include exam, treatment or radiologic services. It is a great way to experience the feel of our office and briefly get to know the doctor.
If you or someone you know could be helped by chiropractic, wouldn’t you really like to know?
By registering for a no-charge consultation on this page, this question can be answered. Our staff will contact you to set-up a consultation with the doctor to discuss your health complaints and concerns. If the doctor feels he can help you, he will tell you. If he determines that you are not a chiropractic case, he will recommend another health care provider to assist you.
