Mario Tomaino, D.C.

Dr. Mario Tomaino, D.C., joined Shephard Chiropractic Clinic in July 2007. He studied at Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon. Following his 2003 graduation, Dr. Tomaino began practicing with a concentration on severe and acute low back pain cases, treating pre and post-surgical patients using specialized therapy and exercise regimens. He now focuses on maximizing the whole body's nervous system function through conservative methods. He enjoys assisting those who have otherwise had difficulty reaching desired outcomes. His wealth of knowledge and personalized style of care has made Dr. Tomaino an able healer who can return functionality and comfort to your life.

Prior to moving to Portland, Dr. Tomaino completed his undergraduate studies in Biology at Beaver College, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. His exposure to preventative health and wellness management prompted him to pursue a career as a chiropractor.
