Location and directions.

From Lake Oswego, West Linn or Salem:
I-5 North to I-405 (do not take Beaverton exit!). Take Everett Street exit and follow to Glisan Street (2nd light). Turn left heading west and go up to 23rd Avenue. At the light you will see the clinic sign. Take a left on 23rd and go up one block to Flanders Street and take right The parking lot is in the rear.

From Vancouver or North Portland:
I-5 south to I-405 exit, go over the Fremont Bridge staying in middle or left hand lanes. Take Everett Street exit off 405. When coming off the ramp keep eyes peeled for a sign that shows the - Everett Street loop. Follow these directions which will put you on Glisan street heading west. Go up to 23rd Avenue and then take a left. Up one block to Flanders Street and take a right (clinic is on corner of 23rd and Flanders, big signs). The parking lot is
in the rear.

From Beaverton, Tigard or Hillsboro:
When approaching the tunnel on Hwy 26 Westbound (Sunset Highway), stay in far left hand lane. When coming out of tunnel this will put you onto I-405 northbound and take Everett Street exit which is the first exit. Follow exit to Glisan street (2nd light). Turn left heading west, and go up to 23rd Avenue. Take a left on 23rd and go up one block to Flanders Street and take right The parking lot is in the rear.

From Southeast Portland, Milwaukie, Sellwood:
Take Sellwood Bridge to Macadam Avenue North. Follow signs to I-405 North (St. Helens). Avoid Beaverton exit, stay on I-405 northbound. Take Everett Street exit and follow to Glisan Street (2nd light). Turn left heading west and go up to 23rd Avenue. Take a left on 23rd and go up one block to Flanders Street and take right (clinic is on corner of 23rd and Flanders, big signs). The parking lot is in the rear.

From Eastside, Hollywood, Gresham, Irvington:
Take I-84 West (Banfield) to I-5 North (Seattle). After merging with I-5, stay in right hand lanes. Take I-405 over Fremont Bridge. When going over the Fremont Bridge, stay in center lane. Take Everett Street exit off 405. When coming off ramp keep eyes peeled for a sign that shows the: Everett Street loop. Follow the directions on this sign which will put you on Glisan Street, heading west. Go up to 23rd Avenue and then take a left. Up one block to Flanders Street and take a right.
